So here's the second version of the snowflake manicure, I used different colours but also added a silver gradient (using a sponge) on the background. I made this one on my sisters nails.

This is another design I made a few years ago. Posting it now seemed very appropriate to me, cause it's snowing very much in Holland. This is one of my favourite designs so far! Sadly it wasn't my own idea, it's a remake from this video tutorial on YouTube.

Notd: Santa Skull

Vandaag een kerstnotd! Dit keer plaats ik de Notd eerder dan de gebruikte basiskleur, dit omdat het al snel kerst is, en er waarschijnlijk genoeg dames op zoek zijn naar leuke kerstideetjes! De Swatches van de basislak komen dus wat later online!

Today a christmas Notd! This time I place this one earlier than the swatches because it's almost christmas, and probably a lot of girls are looking for christmas ideas! So the swatches of the base polish are coming a little bit later!

Maak kennis met Santa skull! (Mn wijsvinger ziet er een beetje raar uit, maar dat komt door de weerkaatsing van de flits). Als basislak heb ik Maxnails - Pearl gebruikt, een sheer parelmoer wit lakje, van dit lakje heb ik 3 laagjes gebruikt. Om het een beetje meer kerstsfeer te geven heb ik over Pearl een laagje Diamond Sky van Maxnails aangebracht. Dit is een glitterlakje met verschillende kleuren glittertjes. Helaas vallen de glitters niet zo op.

Binnenkort komt er een tutorial online hoe ik mijn creaties verzin!

Snowman!

Hello guys! i had long day yesterday and really needed long relaxing time as mind and body. Today i back to create a nail art :).  Still in christmas theme, so i made snowman nail art. I done both of my hands but the right hand isnt as good as the left hand. and it took me hours to finish because i was really slow doing my right hand. And actually i hate it, its so pain to painting by left hand .

So for this nail art, i started with base coat from Pixy, 3 coats of Blowfish Blue from LA Splash, white polish for snowman, black polish for eyes and hat , red for shawl and BL601 from The Faceshop for the snow.

Christmas Impression

Vandaag even een andere post tussendoor, dus een keer geen nagels. Kerst is natuurlijk een ontzettende gezellige tijd, en wij versieren ook altijd vanalles thuis, dus vandaag ga ik jullie wat foto's laten zien hoe het er momenteel hier in huis uitziet!

Today another post, no nails but christmas! I love christmas, it's such a nice time, we decorate the whole house. So today i'm going to give you the impression of how it looks like here!

Dit is onze kerstboom, een beetje een zielig boompje, maar goed :) Er zitten 150 lampjes in onze boom (waarvan er na een paar dagen 50 van kapot gingen :(). Verder is onze boom versierd met rode en gouden decoratie.

This is our tree, it's a bit small but oke :) There are 150 lamps in the tree (But after a few days 50 of them broke:( ). Our tree is decorated with red and golden decorations.

Ik weet niet hoe je dit precies noemt, maar deze tak hebben we versierd met papieren kerstbellen, en er hangen verschillende kleuren lampjes in.

I don't know how you call this, but it's a branch with coloured lamps and christmas bells made with paper.

Dit is ons balkon (haha de lampjes vallen van veraf al op). De lichtslang die je aan de achterkant ziet gaat het hele balkon rond, ook hebben we nog een verlichte lantaarn aan het dak hangen, maar daar ben ik vergeten foto's van te maken. Hier zie je in ieder geval een verlichte kerstman/sneeuwpop en een rendier gemaakt van een lichtslang.

This is our balcony (You can see the lights very well!). The lightrope (don't know if that's the correct word) which you can see at the background is going further at our whole balcony. We've got a light lantern also, but I forgot to make pictures of that one. Further you can see a snowman/santa and a reindeer with lights.

Alhoewel we niet doen aan cadeautjes in de kerstsok, hebben we wel een aantal kerstsokken hangen. Het staat gewoon erg leuk!

We don't do the presents in these socks, but just having them for decoration. It looks nice!

Dit is het decoratiestuk wat aan onze voordeur hangt, als je heel goed kijkt herken je er misschien een stukje van. Bij deze maak ik namelijk steeds mijn swatches!

This is the decoration which is hanging on our frontdoor, when you're looking good you can see that I use this one for making my pics of swatches!

Deze hangt bij ons in de gang (zoals je kunt zien idd aan een lamp). Deze zie je dus meteen wanneer je binnenkomt. ( Haha ik zie net dat dit ding een kerstbal mist!).

This thingie is hanging on our ceiling in the halway (it's hanging on a lamp). So this is the first thing you see when you're getting inside (Haha just see that this thing is missing a ball!).

En dit is het laatste. Deze verlichte kerstklokken hangen bij ons in de keuken. Natuurlijk was dit niet alles que versiering, maar deze post moet nog wel een beetje leuk blijven haha! We hebben veel meer lichtjes/decoratie in huis. En ook mijn eigen kamer is versierd met allerlei lichtjes (deze foto's waren mislukt..!). Maar goed nu hebben jullie een beetje een idee wat voor kerstsfeer wij hebben!


And this is the last one. A cute piece of christmas bells with lighting, it's hanging in our kitchen. Ofcourse this isn't all we've got, but I think this is enough to show. My room is decorated with lamps (these pictures were a big failure..!). But alright, now you can see a bit of our christmastime!
